Luxembourg junior investment fund and corporate lawyer (part-time)

As a result of our continuous increase of activities, we are currently seeking a Luxembourg junior investment fund and/or corporate lawyer with the following profile:

  • You hold a law degree ideally completed by a postgraduate degree (Master, LLM) in investment management and are admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg ( Liste II or you have passed the CCDL) or in another EU member state;
  • You have a perfect command of English and French (another language will be considered as an asset);
  • You are pro-active, and a team player;
  • You have excellent legal capabilities, good communication skills and a practical approach to files.

You will join our investment management team and/or our corporate team to provide legal advice to a wide range of Luxembourg and international clients, private equity houses, fund managers and institutional clients.
