As a result of our continuous increase of activities, we are currently seeking a Luxembourg senior investment fund lawyer with the following profile:

• You hold a law degree ideally completed by a postgraduate degree (Master, LLM) in investment funds and are admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg or in another EU member state;
• You have at least five years of relevant professional experience in the field of investment funds in a Luxembourg law firm with a strong knowledge of Luxembourg and European fund regulation (experience in private equity, real estate and/or debt funds will be considered as an asset);
• You have experience in managing junior lawyers;
• You have a perfect command of English and French (another language will be considered as an asset);
• You are solution-oriented, pro-active, and a team player;
• You have excellent legal capabilities, good communication skills and a practical approach to files;
• You will join our investment management team to provide legal advice to a wide range of Luxembourg and international clients, private equity houses, fund managers and institutional clients.

Your role will include:

• Advising on the structuring and all aspects of funds formation, including complex structuring matters;
• Coordinating the procedures with the CSSF;
• Drafting and review of documentation, showing an in-depth knowledge of latest regulations and market standards;
• Providing legal support to Luxembourg funds, management companies and AIFMs;
• Communicating and negotiating on behalf of the client;
• Reporting directly to the partner in charge;
• Supervising your junior associates or interns;
• Working with other teams within the firm to provide a fully integrated service to our clients;
• Developing and participating in marketing and know-how projects.
