As a result of our continuous increase of activities, we are currently seeking a Luxembourg mid-level investment fund lawyer with the following profile:

• You hold a law degree ideally completed by a postgraduate degree (Master, LLM) in investment funds and are admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU member state;
• You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the field of investment funds in a Luxembourg law firm with a strong knowledge of Luxembourg and European fund regulation (experience in private equity, real estate and/or debt funds will be considered as an asset);
• You have a perfect command of English and French (another language will be considered as an asset);
• You are solution-oriented, pro-active, and a team player;
• You have excellent legal capabilities, good communication skills and a practical approach to files;

You will join our investment management team to provide legal advice to a wide range of Luxembourg and international clients, private equity houses, fund managers and institutional clients. Your role will include:

• Assisting on the structuring and all corporate aspects of funds formation from regulated to non-regulated investment vehicles;
• Drafting the legal documentation and agreements ;
• Performing the regulatory filings with the CSSF and liaising with the CSSF at all stages;
• Providing legal support to Luxembourg funds, management companies and AIFMs;
• Assisting with the daily life cycle of investment vehicles and other companies;
• Reporting directly to the partner in charge;
• Working with other teams within the firm to provide a fully integrated service to our clients.
