Rémi Chevalier

Rémi Chevalier is a founding partner of Chevalier & Sciales. His main practice areas are structured finance, investment management and banking & finance. He has been involved in various complex Luxembourg securitization transactions and in the set-up of Luxembourg investment funds. He is admitted to the bar of Luxembourg.

He holds a Law Degree from Rouen Business School (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen) and a Degree in Business Law (Maitrise en droit des affaires) from the University Jean Moulin of Lyon, France. He furthermore obtained a Master in Tax and Business Law (Diplomé d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées de droit des affaires et de fiscalité – DESS and Diplomé Juriste Conseil en Entreprise – DJCE) from the University Jean Moulin of Lyon in France.

He speaks French, English and Spanish.
