Olivier Sciales

Olivier Sciales is a founding partner of Chevalier & Sciales. He specializes in the area of investment management focusing mainly on the structuring and implementation of investment funds. Recent work includes advising clients (private equity and hedge fund promoters) with the set-up and implementation of Luxembourg umbrella sophisticated and non-sophisticated UCITS, SIFs and SICARs. He is admitted to the bar of Luxembourg.

He obtained his law degree from the University of Antwerp (with distinction) and holds an LLM (Master of Laws) degree from Cornell University, New York (US).

Prior to establishing Chevalier & Sciales, he worked in the Belgian and Luxembourg offices of major Anglo-Saxon and Luxembourg law firms. Olivier Sciales has been recommended and recognized by various publications in the field of investment funds such as the Legal 500, the Practical Law Company and the Guide to World’s Leading Investment Funds Lawyers.

He speaks French, English and Dutch.
