Investment funds

  • Launching of a retail fund platform in the form of sophisticated UCITs for a major European bank (2009);
  • Launching of a private equity fund investing in small and medium-sized enterprises (“SMEs”) with principal operations in South East Asia for institutional investors (launching which received a large press coverage – 2010);
  • Launching of an umbrella sophisticated hedge fund for a large Swiss fund manager (2010);
  • Launching of an investment fund investing in US Life settlements for a US Promoter (2009);
  • Assisting clients with the set-up of various Luxembourg umbrella specialized investment funds (SIFs) and SICARs (2009, 2010);
